What we collect

Only what we need to get cookies to you:

• Your name and phone number, so we can confirm the order and find you on delivery day.
• Your delivery address, if you chose delivery.
• Your chosen date and any notes you write, such as allergies or a gift message.
• What you ordered, and whether it's been paid for.

What we don't collect

We never see or store your card details. If you pay by card, the payment is handled entirely by our payment provider on their own secure page — we only learn whether the payment succeeded.

We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't build a profile of you.

Why we keep it

To bake and deliver your order, to answer you if you get in touch about it, and to keep basic records of what we've sold. That's all.

Who else sees it

• Our website host and database provider, who store the order on our behalf.
• Our payment provider, who processes the payment.

We don't sell your details, and we don't share them with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order details are kept for about a month in our live system, and basic sales records for as long as we need them for our accounts. Ask us to delete your details and we will, once your order is complete.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@bibisbakery.om.

Cookies (the browser kind)

The shop doesn't set advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may remember small things locally, like the box you were building, and that never leaves your device.
