Who we are

Bibi's Bakery is a home bakery based in Muscat, Oman, selling cookies made to order. You can reach us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp.

Ordering

We bake one batch a week. Orders open on Sunday morning and close when that week's cookies are gone. Choosing your cookies and completing checkout places an order with us. Your cookies are reserved for 24 hours as soon as you place the order, and the order is confirmed once your payment reaches us. If the payment doesn't arrive within that time the reservation lapses and the cookies go back on sale.

Prices are shown in Omani Rial and include everything except delivery, which is 2.000 OMR across Muscat, settled separately when we bring your order, and free over 20.000 OMR. Cookies are sold in boxes of four or six, or loose and individually wrapped with a minimum of four.

Delivery and collection

We deliver across Muscat from Monday to Thursday, and offer free collection by arrangement. You choose your day at checkout, and we need at least 24 hours' notice. We'll message you to agree a time. Please make sure someone can receive the order — cookies left in a hot car are nobody's friend.

If we can't deliver on your chosen day for a reason on our side, we'll offer another day or a full refund.

Paying

Orders are paid by bank transfer to the number shown on your confirmation page. Please include your order reference so we can match the payment to your order. We check transfers by hand, so there may be a few hours between your payment and our confirmation.

Allergens

Everything is baked in one home kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and sesame. We can't guarantee any item is free from traces of these. Please tell us about allergies before you order, and don't order if a trace would be dangerous for you.

Cancelling and changes

Because everything is baked fresh to order, see our refund policy for when an order can be changed or cancelled.

If something goes wrong

Message us. We'd much rather fix it than have you unhappy with a box of cookies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies to your order.
