Who we are

Bibi's Bakery is a home bakery based in Muscat, Oman, selling cookies made to order. You can reach us at hello@bibisbakery.om or on WhatsApp.

Ordering

We bake one batch a week. Orders open on Monday morning and close when that week's cookies are gone. Choosing your cookies and completing checkout places an order with us. Your cookies are reserved as soon as you start paying, and the order is confirmed once payment reaches us.

Prices are shown in Omani Rial and include everything except delivery, which is added at checkout and is free over 10.000 OMR.

Delivery and collection

We deliver across Muscat and offer free collection by arrangement. We'll message you to agree a time. Please make sure someone can receive the order — cookies left in a hot car are nobody's friend.

If we can't deliver on your chosen day for a reason on our side, we'll offer another day or a full refund.

Allergens

Everything is baked in one home kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts and sesame. We can't guarantee any item is free from traces of these. Please tell us about allergies before you order, and don't order if a trace would be dangerous for you.

Cancelling and changes

Because everything is baked fresh to order, see our refund policy for when an order can be changed or cancelled.

If something goes wrong

Message us. We'd much rather fix it than have you unhappy with a box of cookies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. We may update them from time to time; the version on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies to your order.
